  2. I quit drinking soda a few months ago and since then I drink water like crazy! It's done a lot for my weight loss :)

  3. I had no idea there were so many benefits of drinking water. My weakness is diet coke. I just found out that I have a kidney disease and I must start drinking more water. Thanks for this interesting article.
