  2. I started walking a lot, and watching what I ate, and the lbs just dropped off! Then, I discovered sweeping, and gained 20 lbs.

  3. I lost 20 pounds over the summer, but with school starting and now the holidays I have gained back almost 8!!! I really need to get motivated again.

    1. I would say the easiest answer would be to eat whole, fresh foods. Generally more processed stuff is less healthy. Whole grains, fresh fruits and veggies, lean meat are the best way to go. Also drink lots of water. I am by no means good at this--I eat plenty of junk. Trying to get better, though. :-)
