Weight Loss Wednesday: Krill Oil Review and #Giveaway

Did you know getting a sufficient amount of omega-3's can boost your metabolism? Which, of course, burns fat and can potentially help you lose weight. Fish oil is great source of omega'3's, but appearantly, Krill oil is even better.
So, when Everest Nutrition asked me to review their krill oil capsules, I really couldn't say no. I had read about the benefits of krill oil and weight loss before this, so the idea of using krill oil was not new to me.
The benefits of krill oil don't end with potential weight loss. Research has also shown krill oil to help lower cholesterol and blood pressure, helps stiff joints, pms and cardiovasuclar issues, balances blood sugar and improves brain health and energy levels.
Everest Nutrition extracts their krill oil from krill living in the antartic, which guarantees they are free of impurities. The krill are cold-pressed there on the ship, so most of the nutrients are retained. Everest Nutrition is the only krill manufacturer to do this. To read their complete list of FAQ's, go here.
Krill oil is a little on the pricey side, but this is with all brands. Just consider it an investment in your health!

  1. If I am lucky enough to win this. I'm going to give it to my oldest son. At Christmas he said they have had to raise his blood pressure medicine twice. If I had to guess he weighs close to 300. That is not good.I know he wears an XXL shirt. I feel I need to help him if I can. Thanks for this give away.

  2. This looks like a great product. I have never heard much about krill oil. Thanks for the heads up. kristiedonelson(at)gmail(dot)com Thank you.
