  3. I am visiting from a post over on Bloggers Anonymous to drop our numbers. lol When I saw this post, I had to comment. A friend of mine does this for hours watching television. She actually uses the weighted hula hoops that you can buy. She tried to get me to do it but.........it takes coordination. :)

    1. Well, you gotra practice to get good at it. I was up to 10 minutes without dropping it at one point, but I didn't start off like that!
